Public articles and guides are available online without an order. If you encounter a broken page or accessibility problem, email [email protected] with the page address and a short description.
Corrections and removal requests
You may report an editorial error or request review of eligible personal information. We will acknowledge reasonable requests and explain the outcome where appropriate.
Future purchases
If a paid product or service is later offered, its cancellation, return and refund terms will be displayed before purchase and will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
